Ἀνάχαρσις παρʼ Ἀθηναίοις σολοικίζει, Ἀθηναῖοι δὲ παρὰ Σκύθαις. οὐ φωναῖς διήνεγκαν ἄνθρωποι ἀνθρώπων εἰς τὸ εἶναι ἀξιόλογοι, ἀλλὰ γνώμαις, ὥσπερ καὶ Ἕλληνες Ἑλλήνων.
