τοὺς συνεχέστερον ἡμῖν ἐν ταῖς ϲχολικαῖϲ συγγυμνασίαις συνιόντας οὐκ ἔπειθε, καθότι οἱ μὲν αὐτὸ μόνον τὰ ὀνόματα τῶν συνδέσμων κατέλεξαν καὶ τὰς γινομένας μεταλήψεις ἐξ αὐτῶν εἰς αὐτούς, τουτέστι τοὺς ἰσοδυναμοῦντας ἀλλήλοις, οἱ δὲ περὶ προτάξεως καὶ ὑποτάξεως αὐτῶν, παρέντες τὰ ἀναγκαιότατα, λέγω τὰς ἐν αὐτοῖς δυνάμεις καὶ σχήματα καὶ ἄλλα πλεῖστα , ὑπὲρ ὧν εἰρήσεται· οἱ δὲ καὶ ὀνόμασιν ἀλλοτρίοις προσχρησάμενοι ἤπερ τοῖς εἰς γραμματικὴν συντείνουσι, Στωικὰς παρεισφέρουσι δόξας, ὧν ἡ παράδοσις οὐκ ἄγαν χρειώδης πρὸς τὴν εἰς γραμματικὴν συντείνουσαν τεχνολογίαν. ἔστι γοῦν πολλή τις καὶ
