Ἐκ σοῦ γὰρ γενόμεσθα, θεοῦ μίμημα λαχόντες μοῦνοι, ὅσα ζώει τε καὶ ἕρπει θνήτ' ἐπὶ γαῖαν· τῷ σε καθυμνήσω, καὶ σὸν κράτος αἰὲν ἀείσω.
