Καὶ τῇ νυκτὶ ἐκείνῃ ἔγνω, ὅτι ἐποίησε Λαυὶδ τὴν ἁμαρτίαν, καὶ ἐπέστρεψε πενθῶν εἰς Γαβάθ. Καὶ ὡς ἀνεῖλε Δαυὶδ Οὐρίαν τὸν ἄνδρα τῆς Βηρσαβεέ, ἀπέστειλεν ὁ θεὸς τὸν Ναθὰν καὶ ἤλεγξε τὸν Δαυὶδ περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας αὐτοῦ.
