Λάβετε καλὴν ἔννοιαν περὶ τῆς βασιλείας καὶ τοῦ παραδείσου, καὶ εὐθέως καταφρονεῖτε τῶν γηΐνων πραγμάτων. Μηδεὶς ῥᾳθυμήσας πτοηθῇ, μηδὲ ὀλιγοψυχήσῃ, μηδὲ φοβηθήτω τις, μηδὲ ὑπνώσειεν, ἀλλ' ἀναιδῶς ἐπι- καλεσώμεθα τὸν Θεόν, καὶ δουλεύσωμεν τῷ Σωτῆρι ἡμῶν.
