Ἄνθη δέ εἰσι τῆς εὐσεβείας, οἱ καρποὶ τῆς ἐνθέου πολιτείας. Αἱ γὰρ ἀρεταὶ ἀνάγουσιν ἡμᾶς εἰς τὸ θαυμαστὸν καὶ πρωτότυπον ἐκεῖνο κάλλος τὸ κατ’ εἰκόνα θεοῦ γεγενημένον καὶ καθ’ ὁμοίωσιν .
