μίαν, ἔχει δὲ τὸ εἶδος τοῦ σχήματος ἐρ- ρωμένον, λέγεται καὶ ἐριστικὸς συλλογισμὸς καὶ σο- φιστικὸς καὶ ἔλεγχος, οἷον ‘ὁ χιτὼν ἀνδρεῖος· πᾶς ἀνδρεῖος ἀνδρίαν ἔχει· ὁ χιτὼν ἄρα ἀνδρίαν ἔχει’ — ἀλλὰ μὴν ἄψυχόν ἐστιν ὁ χιτών, ἡ δὲ ἀνδρία ἐπὶ τῶν ἀνθρώπων λέγεται, οὐκ ἐπὶ τῶν ἀψύχων ἢ τῶν ἀλόγων ζῴων. ἔστι δὲ τὸ σχῆμα τρίτος τρόπος τοῦ πρώτου σχή- ματος καὶ ἔστιν ἡ ἐλάττων πρότασις ψευδής, ὅτι ὁ χι-
